Turkmenistan Airlines expands its winter schedule
Turkmenistan Airlines is increasing frequencies on five international routes for the winter season, adding capacity to Europe and East Asia from late October 2026.
Seoul doubles. Service to Incheon International rises from one to two weekly flights from 27 October, operated by the Boeing 777-200LR. The route opened in July 2025 and has grown steadily since; the second frequency gives passengers a wider choice of travel dates and improves onward connections across East Asia.
Ho Chi Minh City moves to three weekly. From 30 October the Vietnamese route increases from two flights a week to three, also on the 777-200LR. Tan Son Nhat International sits close to the centre of Vietnam's largest city, and the additional frequency shortens the wait for passengers connecting onward to the Mekong Delta and central Vietnam.
Kazan and Istanbul add flights. Kazan increases from four to six weekly and Istanbul from twelve to thirteen, both operated by the Boeing 737-700. Istanbul remains the most frequently served point on the network, and the additional rotation strengthens what is already close to a twice-daily service on peak days.
Milan gains a third weekly flight. Malpensa moves from two to three weekly on the Boeing 737-800, improving access to northern Italy, the lakes and the Alpine region.
One route reduces: Delhi moves from three weekly flights to two from 25 October.
What this means for passengers. More frequencies mean more flexibility when plans change, and shorter minimum connections for passengers transiting Ashgabat. Travellers connecting through Ashgabat International Airport do not require a transit visa, which makes the hub a straightforward waypoint between Europe and Asia.
Our widebody routes are flown by the Boeing 777-200LR, configured with 28 seats in Business and 263 in Economy. Short and medium-haul services use the Boeing 737-700 and 737-800.
